AC Milan could return to wearing Adidas starting from the 2028-2029 season. Following the reports in recent weeks about a possible change of technical sponsor, new financial details have emerged regarding the agreement that would bring the German brand back onto the Rossoneri shirts.
The agreement between the German giant and the Rossoneri club would be worth around €30 million per season, a figure higher than the current €25.2 million per year paid by Puma. The potential increase would therefore be around €4.8 million per year, equivalent to just over 19%.
These figures, if confirmed, would represent another step forward in the growth of the club's commercial revenues, as pointed out via Milan Press.
Milan-Adidas: comparison with Inter and Juventus
The figure being considered for Milan would be in line with what Inter receive through their agreement with Nike, while remaining below the €40.8 million per year provided for in the new contract between Juventus and Adidas.
For the Rossoneri club, it would also represent a historic return: the German brand has already accompanied Milan during some of the most important seasons in its history, before the switch to Puma in 2018.
