Alexis Saelemaekers has been absent from the Milan squad due to injury. His last appearance was in the final match of the 2020 year against Lazio in Serie A.
The Belgian winger is close to a return to the fields and he could be available for the match against Cagliari on Monday.
The player has not trained yet together with his teammates, but has nevertheless done a preparatory work for returning to the group in recent days, reported Tuttosport today.
