Real Madrid is preparing for the mercato by clearing out some names that are reportedly not in Carlo Ancelotti's name, such as Dani Ceballos and Isco. The first has been linked with Milan since his return from the loan at Arsenal. The latter is now also linked as a departure this summer for him seems likely.
As pointed out by today's print edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Isco could leave Real Madrid because his last season with Los Blancos was disappointing as he failed to score a goal and he has one year left in his contract.
His price, in fact should not go beyond the 20 million euros mark. Obviously, with just one year left in his deal, a loan hypothesis is not on the table, unless the attacking midfielder extends in the next few weeks, which seems rather unlikely.
The relationship between Milan management and their counterparts at Real Madrid is excellent thanks to recent business carried between both parties: Theo Hernandez and soon Brahim Diaz who will return on loan.
The newspaper points out that Isco, despite not being his best version right now, could be an added value to Stefano Pioli, if he were to arrive.
