Today, coach Stefano Pioli and his team of collaborators focused on their players' pace and possession of the ball during the training session at Milanello.
The group activated their muscles in the gym, as usual, then they went out onto the pitch to continue the warm-up with various physical exercises using low hurdles.
Training continued with a series of technical drills, which were combined with work on speed. This was then followed by work on possession of the football before the session concluded with a game on a reduced pitch.
