AC Milan club President, Paolo Scaroni, entrusted Radio24 in their show Tutticonvocati with important words:
On the Scudetto aim:
"It is true that you have to chase your dreams and I am also happy to record the ambitions of the players and the coach. I am a business man and in this year's budget we have the qualification for the Champions League as our goal."
On the moment of AC Milan and Pioli's revolutionary proposal regarding halfway line:
"It's a good time to be Milan fans because we play exciting football. I would propose an amendment to the football regulations with the rule that would prevent the ball from passing behind the ball in one's own half. We at Milan pass it back a few times and this amuses me."
Scaroni also commented on the Rossoneri's progress:
"On the playing field, the project has made great strides forward. We have a young and balanced team. We have also made progress on the costs of the team while in terms of revenues we have had the big blow from Covid. I was happy with the re-election of Sala because it will be very important to continue the project of the new stadium which will be fundamental for the growth of our club and our football."

On the new stadium:
"I state that the project presented involves the construction of a new stadium next to San Siro. Sala approves the changes made to the project and now he will have to convince the majority. What is difficult for me to understand is how to renovate a stadium in which it is played twice a week. In a construction site you cannot play and watch matches at the same time, also for safety reasons. I therefore cannot understand how the good intentions of renovating the San Siro can coexist with the need for matches. There is not one stadium in which Milan and Inter can play in the event of a restructuring of San Siro and then Milan has two teams and this means many more matches. I hope that the public has understood the importance of the new stadium. It is useless to have great ambitions if we do not have the same means as the other clubs. The teams we compete against in the Champions League earn more than 100 million euros per year. from the stadium, while Milan takes 35 million euros."

On Donnarumma:
"I think Donnarumma is a great goalkeeper who has made a great contribution to Milan. He then decided to continue his career by leaving the Milan comfort zone. He made a courageous choice and I wish him the best. Tonight I will be at San Siro and I I hope that the public will welcome him with serenity."
On contract renewals:
"These choices are made above all by Maldini and Gazidis. I am in favour of a relationship between the club and professionals. If they have requests that we cannot bear, then other decisions will be made and I wish them good luck. I am in favour of replacing a player promptly and in advance, as in the case of Maignan who not only proved to be a great goalkeeper but also a leader in the locker room. We are delighted with this choice. I hope Donnarumma is happy with his decision."
On Paolo Maldini:
"Maldini is a great champion, a great Milan player as well as a gentleman", said Scaroni, "He learned to be a director. Today he is much more so than he was a year ago. He has matured and has become a great manager. His path will continue."
Ibrahimovic as potential manager?
"Ibrahimovic has the head to be a manager, I don't know if he will have the desire but if he has it, he has all the credentials to do so."
on coach Stefano Pioli:
"I saw Milan's lowest point in the Bergamo loss 5-0 and it was a memorable defeat. From that moment on, AC Milan changed under the confident guidance of a man like Pioli. Pioli never complains and I like that. we have suffered, always manages to find solutions."
Scaroni discussed the importance of the corporate aspect:
"For me the corporate aspect is very important. We are experiencing a magical moment because there is a perfect unity of purpose between Gazidis, Maldini and Pioli. very united executives."
On the budget and Super League breakaway project:
"Our balance sheet has improved compared to last year despite the Covid-19 pandemic. An important part of our losses is due to the empty stadiums but also to less interested sponsors. I expect the balance sheet 21-22 to be significantly improved. As for the Super League episode... the problems that led to think about the Super League project remain. I hope a solution will be found with UEFA and that it would be a healthier solution."
