Now, in the last few hours, a video is circulating through social media and it shows what appears to be Lautaro Martinez spitting at the direction of Theo Hernandez.
The French full-back of AC Milan was sent off in the final seconds of the game with a red card after a foul on Denzel Dumfries. As he was exiting, Inter's attacker, Lautaro Martinez did not take it well and shouted at his direction. Theo, looks at him and points to his ear, which angered the Argentine player even more.
The Sports Judge could review the case and see what the field commissioners present at the San Siro at the time have to say.
