The Rossoneri defender Simon Kjaer sustained a season ending injury in the match against Genoa in December 2021. He has been working on rehabilitation to recover from the Cruciate Ligament Rupture.
The experienced Dane defender of AC Milan was replaced initially by Alessio Romagnoli. But, the captain soon lost his starting spot to Pierre Kalulu who has been doing so well in defence with Fikayo Tomori.
The former Sevilla man, Kjaer, is now looking forward to return to the field. In fact, he has worked alone in Milanello today.
