Inter won the Coppa Italia final 4-2 against Juventus. Massimilano Allegri's team went to extra-time and were not able to get their hands on the trophy.
After the match, Giorgio Chiellini granted an interview to SportMediaset as he announced that he will be leaving the Bianconeri:
"On Monday, I will say goodbye to the Juventus Stadium. It's 100% my choice, it's with joy and serenity that I leave this squad."
He added:
"Juve must improve but not only in direct clashes, Milan with all due respect are weaker than Inter but are ahead. The coach is the best person to transfer the right DNA and next year we cannot accept to end up without qualifications."
