AC Milan are linked with a new profile to reinforce their midfield: Douglas luiz. The player may be the plan B for Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara in event of failure to snatch the card of Renato Sanches from Lille.
Confirmations on the interest of AC Milan on the 24-year-old Brazilian midfielder have also arrived from La Gazzetta dello Sport in today's print edition.
According to the newspaper, Douglas Luiz is indeed an alternative to Renato Sanches and Aston Villa have set the pricetag on him: 30 million euros. However, the player's contract with the Villans expires in June 2023, therefore it is possible that the English may reduce their asking price. AS Roma are also keen on the player, concludes the report.
