La Gazzetta dello Sport in its website takes stock of the future of Brahim Diaz who is on loan at AC Milan from Spanish giants Real Madrid. The Rossoneri directors could choose to sign him permanently for 22 million euros while Los Blancos can trigger a counter-buy clause which is worth 27 million euros.
If technically Brahim Diaz is convincing Pioli and the club, Maldini and Massara have doubts about the extent of the redemption and for this reason they have already started contacts with the Spanish club to lower the amount for the permanent signing.
Obviously, the player's will will be decisive eventually in the negotiations between the two clubs.
