Olivier Giroud's contract with AC Milan expires at the end of the current season. He has proven himself to be quite the crucial element in Stefano Pioli's lineup and he confirmed himself to be a top striker thanks to some very good performances in the World Cup performances.
The Rossoneri directors want to keep Giroud at the San Siro and there is work to extend his deal. According to what is reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan will soon try to find the agreement for renewal with the former Arsenal star.
There is some risk which the Italian champions want to avoid which is is that some European clubs might try to offer more money to Giroud in order to sign him in view of next season.
