AS Roma's jewel, Nicolo Zaniolo, is linked with a move to AFC Bournemouth from the Premier League. AC Milan were understood to be in the race as well. However, the transfer seems unlikely, at least for now.
According to what is reported by Sky Sport Italia, Zaniolo refused a move to the English club despite their attempts to convince him with their project and contract proposal. Representative and intermediaries from the club came to Rome, but the player refused to negotiate a deal with them.
AS Roma are reportedly angry and frustrated at how Zaniolo is behaving and will take measures against him. Now, it is not ruled out that the Giallorossi change their mind and become open to let him go on a loan transfer formula.
