According to what is reported by latercera.com, the Rossoneri management have sent an offer of 6 million euros to buy 80% of Dario Osorio's card from his club Universidad de Chile.
The Rossoneri scouts have watched the right-winger who is 19 years old play in the Copa America U-20. Honorary Vice-President of the AC Milan said the following words:
