AC Milan's captain, Davide Calabria, spoke to the microphones of DAZN. He said the following words:
"My first memories as a child are linked to the Rossoneri. I grew up in a Milan family, they followed the team and I grew up with this passion. Sassuolo-Milan (last game of last season) was the best match since I got here, I was sure I could win this Scudetto. I felt it, I felt a different atmosphere: security, certainty and the desire to demonstrate. The week of the derby is incredible, the journalists and the public are starting to get excited."
Calabria added:
"There is a lot respect between the two teams, there have never been any problems on the pitch. Two of the greatest teams in the world face each other. It must be a day of joy, it is clear that we only want to win so the adrenaline that is created is normal. We had to win the derby last season to believe in the Scudetto."
