AC Milan lost the fourth derby in a row in this season. Definitely a bitter feeling is left within all Rossoneri fans, and especially when the city foes knock their club out of the Champions League semi-final.
According to what is shared on La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper, the best player on the pitch was Sandro Tonali with a rating of 6.5.
Mike Maignan, Davide Calabria, Malick Thiaw, Fikayo Tomori, Rade Krunic, have all received only a rating of 6.
Brazilian right-winger, Junior Messias, received a 5.5 for his shift last night. As for the Portuguese left-winger, Rafael Leao, he was shown a rating of 5 in his first match after the injury which made him miss the first derby. Olivier Giroud had the same rating while AC Milan's French defender, Pierre Kalulun did not manage to put in great effort in defence as he had a rating of 4.5.
The worst player on the pitch for AC Milan, however, was Brahim Diaz, whose rating was 4.5, like Kalulu. He missed an important goal scoring chance in the first half. Had he scored it, perhaps the match would have brought an entirely different outcome.
