AC Milan, during this summer transfer window, has revolutionised its midfield. Sandro Tonali has left in order to join Premier League side Newcastle United. This move allowed to make important signings in the same department and also in other positions.
There is still, however, the desire to bring another player in the midfield, such as Yunus Musah from Valencia. But, a deal is difficult as Valencia are not budging in negotiations.
According to reports from L a Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan is also considering the possibility of acquiring another midfielder, but this time with characteristics of a playmaker. Currently, while waiting for Ismaël Bennacer's recovery, Rade Krunić is the designated playmaker with Reijnders as the first alternative in that position.
