AC Milan have conclouded their tour in the USA with their last game played at the Allegiant stadium against FC Barcelona. The Portuguese left-winger, Rafael Leao, has spoken to our correspondent Riccardo Cominelli and said these words:
On The importance of the new season after having won a Scudetto a couple of years ago and reaching the semi final of the Champions League?
"We need to put a high level. The club made good transfers. I like Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Pulisic and Tijjani and I feel that the team is stronger now. We are looking forward for to this season to reach our goals: to win a scudetto for example, and going forward in the Champions League."
Paolo Maldini and Sandro Tonali exited Milan, and now the club has done several signings already this summer... Leao said:
"Sandro was an important player for us but now, he left. I was a really good friend of his. I wish him the best in the Premier League. I think 2 or 3 more players will join our team and it will be complete."
