With Rafa Leao still sidelined, Stefano Pioli is ready for a new offensive solution for the coming match against Fiorentina in the league (November 25) and the Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund (November 28).
The Portuguese player's absence will result in Christian Pulisic moving to the left. In fact, with the American winger on the left in place of Leao, it opens up the right flank, usually occupied by the American when the Portuguese player starts.
The solution, therefore, will be Samuel Chukwueze, who showed highly positive signs in the first half against Lecce.
The Nigerian winger hasn't scored yet, and in the upcoming three matches, where he'll likely start, he'll have an important opportunity to break his goal drought.
As reported by the daily Turin-based newspaper, Tuttosport, Luka Jovic is expected to start as the central striker since Noah Okafor will return to group training between today and tomorrow after his triple commitment with Switzerland in the European qualifiers. Then, Samuel Chukwueze and Christian Pulisic will complete the attack on the wings in Stefano Pioli's lineup.
