AC Milan, especially after the latest disappointing and frustrating performances, will try to reinforce the team in January's transfer market window.

Pianeta Milan have reached out to Michele Fratini, who is a mercato intermediary and talent scout, who is also a regular guest on the show Calcio Totale on Rai Sport. He revealed four profiles of players who are being followed by the AC Milan club.

The names are David Turnbull, a 24-year-old Scottish midfielder of Celtic, Charlie Patino, a 20-year-old English midfielder of Swansea but on loan from Arsenal, Ollie Watkins, a 27-year-old English striker of Aston Villa, and Liam Delap who is a 20-year-old English striker of Hull City on loan from Manchester City.

Here are the words of Michele Fratini on David Turbull:

"This player, who had a brief appearance in the Lazio-Celtic Champions League match yesterday, plays as a central midfielder and in his movements resembles the former Inter player Ivan Perišić. Different role, but moves like him. Developed at Motherwell, he's good at ball control and dribbling. He excels in interceptions and initiating plays. He takes shots from distance with both feet, strong with shooting from 20-30 meters. He has severed ties verbally with Celtic and his contract expires on May 31, 2024. Getting him in January would cost around 8 to 10 million euros. Otherwise, Milan would have to hope to be chosen among a long list of suitors next summer. A Scottish international, unlike Lewis Ferguson from Bologna, with different characteristics. A modern, complete midfielder: scored 7 goals in 11 league matches with Celtic. A highly interesting profile being watched by several Italian clubs, including Milan."

On Liam Delap:

"He faces tough competition from Erling Braut Haaland. Therefore, he's been on loan spells (Stoke City and Preston North End) and is currently at Hull City. He's a truly important striker: physically imposing, fitting the classic English build. Holds the ball well, protects it. Good eye for goal, solid technically, especially excellent in aerial play. Crucial for a modern striker. Keeps the team high and inside the penalty area, he's a sniper, rarely misses. Milan could use him; Olivier Giroud is good but at 37, they need a forward for the future."

On AC Milan's target Charlie Patino:

"Owned by Arsenal, this season at Swansea and previously at Blackpool last year, he's what I'd call a 'pivotal' player. Pure talent, excellent in long-range passing, precise pinpoint deliveries. Exceptional in tight spaces, operates ahead of the defense. A true deep-lying playmaker, a rare find in England where most teams have a defensive midfielder in that position. He manages to break lines, always positioned well in the midfield. Exceptional quality, left-footed: a crucial player. There's interest from Italy, from Inter, Milan, and Juventus. The Rossoneri could offer some interesting players to the Gunners in return. His price tag is around 25 million euros. I'll stake my claim, he's truly a phenomenon. Quick in decision-making, has a strong foot, comfortable with the ball at his feet. Executes body feints without risking ball possession due to his self-assuredness."

On Ollie Watkins, the journalist offered this description:

"An England national team forward, although often playing second fiddle to Harry Kane. A Premier League revelation, with 12 goals and 7 assists in 20 matches across leagues and cups. He has a normal physique, not overly robust. However, he's quick in tight spaces, operates both as the first and second striker, with immense quality. Knows how to find space and has a nose for goals. Everything that matters for a forward."
