The teams that finished third in their Champions League groups will face off against the second-place teams from the Europa League groups, while the top teams in the standings are already qualified for the round of 16.

- The playoffs will take place in two legs on Thursday, February 15, and Thursday, February 22; Milan will play the first leg at San Siro.
