SportMediaset took stock of Milan's future after yesterday, directly from London, Gerry Cardinale, together with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, expressed dissatisfaction with how the Rossoneri's season is progressing. "Change is not a bad word... I am relying on Zlatan for his advice and perspective. Everything around Milan needs to 'change,' although I would use another word: 'evolve.' Change is a black or white word, as if we had to throw everything out and start over. There's no need. Evolving is a better process. We'll look at the personnel; we've had a lot of injuries. I am not satisfied, Zlatan is not satisfied, with not being in first place in Serie A", he said.
During the event organised by the 'Financial Times,' Gerry Cardinale emphasised the importance of Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the Milan project several times. Words that suggest how the former Swedish striker will now be making the most important decisions regarding the transfer market and the future sporting leadership.
The first decision will concern the new coach, who - it is said - could be Antonio Conte. He is Ibra's first choice who will try to convince the Italian.
