Francesco Camarda has recently turned 16 (March 10). However, the signing on his first professional contract with AC Milan is yet to arrive. The fans are eagerly awaiting as they want to see his future secured in red and black for the coming years.

Milan believes a lot in Camarda's qualities, the youngest debutant ever in Serie A history, and would gladly have him sign his first 'pro' contract immediately. Truth be told, however, it would be more convenient for the Rossoneri to reach an agreement after July 1st. This is because an underage player can sign a maximum three-year contract with a club: if he signs now, the expiration date would be set for June 30, 2026. But, if he signs with the start of the new sports season, 2024-2025, the contract's timeframe would cover three full seasons, until June 30, 2027. Camarda would gladly stay at Milan, but a definitive agreement between the parties is still pending.

It's important to relay, though, that there has been much talk in recent days also about Italian clubs' surveys for Camarda, since the negotiation with Milan is on standby. Nicolò Schira, an expert football journalist, in a video published on his 'YouTube' channel, speaking of these 'rumours', explained: "Juventus and Roma have made surveys, yes, but no concrete proposals. There has also been talk of Inter, which certainly made more noise. But the Nerazzurri are in the background. Inter, in fact, has returned to dialogue with Milan for the restructuring of the San Siro stadium, and there is no intention to do anything detrimental to Milan regarding Camarda."

The journalist then added: "Of course, if Camarda were free from July 1st, Inter might consider it."

Schira continued in his video:

"Camarda has two offers. One is from Borussia Dortmund, who have been courting him for a year and have been twice in Italy. They have already met the family. Camarda and the family have already been to Germany, visited the club's facilities. Borussia Dortmund offers him a three-year contract with significant figures, rich commissions, possible options for another two years. They want him to go through the youth ranks and within a year bring him to the First Team among five forwards: they think he's potentially a crack, a champion."

"The other offer is from Manchester City," Schira said again about Milan's Camarda. "In January, the City Group spoke with Beppe Riso and Marianna Mecacci. They asked for information as part of the operation that brought Chaka Traoré from Milan to Palermo. City - for regulatory reasons - would take him today, let him grow in another club within their group (Girona, Troyes, Palermo, etc.), and in two years, bring him to England to see what to do with the boy", as relayed via Pianeta Milan.

"An important path, a good offer, but it doesn't fully convince the family. Whose priority would be to stay at Milan, explains the journalist, "but they want the money: a commission with six zeros, at least a million."

Let's see if Milan will be able to satisfy the player and his entourage.
