Massimo Ferrari, CEO of WeBuild, spoke on the sidelines of the roundtable discussion 'Sports Facilities and Infrastructure: Actors and Processes – The Experience of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics' about the San Siro issue, stating that Milan and Inter are willing to undergo potential renovation works.
Here are the words of WeBuild's CEO as reported by C&F:
"We are in touch with Inter and Milan, the guidelines of the two clubs regarding the potential redevelopment of the San Siro stadium are forthcoming, it's a matter of days. We are working on delivering the feasibility study, which is expected to take three months. As for the operational costs, there are only hypotheses. Times and costs need to be quantified. The clubs are absolutely willing.'"
