Peppe Di Stefano, Sky Sport journalist who follows Milan, spoke about what transpires from the Rossoneri team after last night's heavy defeat against Roma, which sealed the club's exit from the Europa League.
Here are his words also on the future of Stefano Pioli:
"We're all somewhat convinced that a cycle has ended. Yesterday we saw the management of the 180 minutes, the management not speaking after the match, these are all signs... Milan lost absolutely, playing very little football. Overall, Milan took a clear step back. Unless there are sensational surprises, we are heading towards a form of summer revolution, but not of players. We are heading towards a change in technical leadership, not because Pioli is solely responsible. Sometimes cycles close and others open. These are 180 minutes that make you think, plus in a few days there's one of the most important matches of the season, there's the possibility of postponing Inter's celebration and closing the derby hemorrhage that has been going on for too long."
