AC Milan is looking to reinforce the defensive department for coach Stefano Pioli's squad. With, Mohamed Simakan injured, the alternative is Fikayo Tomori, 23 year-old defender of Chelsea.
In the latest press conference of The Blues' manager Frank Lampard, the situation of Fikayo Tomori was brought into discussion and this is what the English coach had to say:
"Tomori has a long-term future here. We will see if and when he goes out on loan. I signed him on loan from Chelsea with Derby County and he was one of the best players in the Championship. There is a long-term plan for Fikayo in my head and if he goes out on loan it will be to enhance his personal progress and come back as a better player."
