According to what is being reported by A Bola, AC Milan have in fact offered a pre contract to sign Otavio of Porto. A 4-year contract and a signature bonus of €1 million is ready for the player.
Otavio is an attacking midfielder, 25 years old and has an expiring contract at the end of the season. Porto are aware of the Rossoneri's offer and will try to keep the player, but it seems increasingly unlikely to date.
