The team accelerates towards the match against Bologna. The group was at work this morning, in preparation for the next championship match that will see the Rossoneri, on Saturday 30 January at 3.00 pm, face Bologna. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were present to watch the team train.
The group started training in the gym, where they performed muscle activation exercises, before going out on the pitch. The team had a series of technical exercises combined with an aerobics session. In the second part of the session, there was a ball possession exercise, which ended with the usual match on a reduced pitch.
