Florian Thauvin, born in 1993, winger of Olympique de Marseille, can wear the Milan shirt in the 2021-2022 season as his contract is set to expire in June 30, 2021.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport, the French 27 year-old player is in fact far from staying with his club. AC Milan remains the most interested party in acquiring his services.
The player is very much liked by the Rossoneri managers Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, who actually have already dealt with him in the recent mercato of January. However, they decided to postpone a possible transfer for the summer due to Marseille's resistance to let their star leave.
Thauvin represents a real opportunity for AC Milan. He would also earn a high salary, if he joins the Serie A giants. But, it is a sacrifice that can be made since the player would be signed as a free agent.
The only last obstacle for this deal, claims the Roman newspaper, is that Thauvin's agents and intermediaries would require a high commission fee.
