The match valid for the first knockout round of the Coppa Italia Primavera against Milan ended 2-1 in favour of Fiorentina. It all happens in the first half, with Fiorini who, after only 3 minutes, takes La Viola ahead with a penalty.
The doubling arrives later at the 12th minute with Spalluto, who already directs the match for Fiorentina. Giunti's Milan reacts and at 26 'reopens it with Nasti.
In the second half-time the Rossoneri try with all their strength to find a draw to qualify for extra time but Fiorentina's defense holds up well until the final whistle of the referee. The passage to the quarter-finals is earned by Alberto Aquilani's team.
