There is much activity on the partnership side from Milan, which soon should also discuss the renewal with the technical sponsor Puma. Tuttosport writes it, explaining that in the agenda of CEO Ivan Gazidis there is also the discussion for the renewal of the partnership, which expires in June 2023.
According to the newspaper, if the Rossoneri were to return to the Champions League, a competition from which Milan has been missing since the 2013/14 season, the club could ask to revise the figures of the agreement with the German sportswear brand.
The official agreement between AC Milan and Puma was announced in February 2018 and started in July of the same year, when the Rossoneri club ended its relationship with Adidas. The deal was signed on a five-year basis.
