After the winter transfer market, the renewals of players expiring in June are now the priorities for AC Milan. The one that appeals the most is Gianluigi Donnarumma.
As reported today by La Gazzetta Dello Sport's, the request of agent Mino Raiola, Donnarumma's representative, is 10 million euros: the goal of the well-known agent is, in fact, to make Gigio one of the highest paid goalkeepers in the world.
AC Milan have instead put on the table a contract until 2026 of 7.5 million net per season. At the moment, this figure does not satisfy Raiola, who aims to increase the AC Milan offer.
The Italian-Dutch agent does not even agree on the duration of the contract: a renewal of one or two years would be enough for him to be able to look around next summer, they are however willing to meet Donnarumma's entourage and could therefore give the ok for a contract until 2024.
Raiola, during the continuous contacts, then would occasionally bring out the issue of the release clause that he would like insert in Gigio's new deal. In short, the negotiations go on and are tight, also because the club and the player want to close this deal as soon as possible, as explained by the newspaper.
