Few months back, AC Milan has been looking to sign a defender in order to reinforce the quality of the back-line for Stefano Pioli's team.
There were some profiles linked, like Ozan Kabak, Mohamed Simakan, before finally landing on the choice of Fikayo Tomori.
Among the names that were also linked to Milan is also Takehiru Tomiyasu. A Japanese talented 22 year-old defender who can cover the roles of a centre-back and a right-back. He plays for Serie A side Bologna.
Actually, the club's technical coordinator, Walter Sabatini, spoke about the player and the rumours linking him to Milan and has praised his defender saying that he has the quality to start for Milan among other clubs in Serie A.
Now, the latest news comes from Calciomercato as they claim that the player is still on Milan's agenda.
In fact, Milan continues to follow the player's performances and situation. However the plan remains the permanent signing of Fikayo Tomori, who is on loan from Chelsea.
