Otavio, AC Milan's target, who is currently playing for Porto, is a Brazilian attacking midfielder, 26 years old, capable of occupying other roles on the pitch like being a winger.

The player is under an expiring contract which ends in June 30, 2021. Naturally, there are teams interested in securing his services like AC Milan as per many reports have suggested.

There have also been reports claiming that Brazilian side Palmeiras are interested in signing the player on a free.

However, according to the latest news from uol.com.br Otavio would not be willing to move away from Europe to join the Brazilian giants and Copa Libertadores champion.

The same source confirms Milan's interest in the player. Therefore, Palmeiras being out of the race, who are trying to compete for Otavio, would only be a boost to AC Milan's chances to land the player.
