Hellas Verona head coach Ivan Juric spoke about the performance of the Gialloblù after a 2-0 defeat by Milan at the Bentegodi. Here are his statements:
On his team performance:
"Milan was better than us technically and physically, we tried our best in both phases of the game. The Rossoneri were superior and the victory was well deserved. We created three or four goal-scoring opportunities but I must admit we lost against a better side".
On if Verona underestimated Milan:
“We didn't underestimate Milan, I have a lot of respect for them despite their injuries and not being great in the last few games. I don't like these questions and I feel like insulting you." Juric responded angrily.
