According to Tuttosport, the Italy U21 team is considering the possibility of appealing the ban of Ac Milan midfielder Sandro Tonali.
Tonali was shown a straight red card for kicking out at Ondrej Sasinka after 84 minutes during the Italy-Czech Republic match and he was subsequently banned by UEFA disciplinary commission for three games. A massive blow for Italy who in theory could miss the midfielder in the quarter-finals should Italy qualify.
Italy is however considering the possibility of an appeal to UEFA for a reduced suspension.
