Ahead of the game opposing AC Milan to Sampdoria this Saturday in Serie A, AC Milan's head coach Stefano Pioli has recovered some of his main players during the international break, while on the other hand he will still have to do without some, namely, Rafael Leao, Davide Calabria and Mario Mandzukic.
According to what was reported by Sky Sport, the Italian manager will rely once again on his successful pair of Kjaer-Tomori on the center of defense, privileging Diogo Dalot over Pierre Kalulu on the right flank, Theo Hernandez on the left as usual, forming the Rossoneri's backline in front of, obviously, Gianluigi Donnarumma.
In the midfield, the "President" Franck Kessie is irreplaceable for coach Pioli, who will reportedly count on Ismael Bennacer next to him, altogether behind "Trequarista" Hakan Calhanoglu.
As for Milan's frontline, Samu Castillejo is expected to be preferred over Alexis Saelemaekers on the right wing this time, while Ante Rebic, who is now both fit and eligible for the game, will take on the other side of the pitch, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic on the center of the attack.
Milan's expected Starting XI: Donnarumma; Saelemaekers, Tomori, Kjaer, T.Hernandez; Kessié, Bennacer; Castillejo, Calhanoglu, Rebic; Ibrahimovic.
