Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez, whose contract is due to expire by the end of the season, is yet to put pen to paper for an agreement with the capital club. However, AC Milan are reportedly monitoring the contractual situation of the 29-year-old in view of the next summer transfer window.
According to what was reported by the Italian transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio in grandhotelcalciomercato.com, Vazquez's entourage has had direct contact with Milan in recent weeks; they have requested 7 million euros net, which is deemed too high by the Milanese club. Therefore, the Rossoneri track is complicated.
For now, negotiations between Los Blancos and their versatile player are very lively and remains standing. Yet, the Spain international would have asked for at least a two-year contract while club president Florentino Perez is not so broad.
Moreover, Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are also on the trail of Vazquez, and offer him more than what Milan do.
