There are still matches to be played this season, but it looks like the AC Milan Women’s team management, lead by Elisabet Spina, is already working at full throttle to strengthen the squad.
According to Tutto Calcio Femminile, Spina not only have set her eyes on Lindsey Thomas (Roma, striker) and Laura Giuliani (Juventus, goalkeeper), but also at the Portuguese international midfielder Fátima Pinto, currently at Sporting CP.
Fátima Pinto, born in 1996, have 55 caps for the senior Portugal Women’s National Team, with 1887 minutes on the pitch and 2 goals scored. She arrived at Sporting CP on 2016, where she won the League twice (2016/2017 and 2017/2018), two National Cups (2016/2017 and 2017/2018) and the national Supercup once (2017). This season, she had 19 appearances, with 5 goals and 2 assists to her name.
