AC Milan and Gianluigi Donnarumma, after so many years, are set to go their seperate ways. The goalkeeper will not renew his contract and the club already has his replacement lined up to take his spot in the starting lineup: Mike Maignan from Lille.
According to the latest news today from Tuttosport, AC Milan offered Donnarumma a salary of 8 million a year. However, the proposal did not satisfy Mino Raiola, who would have liked at least 10 million euros for his client and 15-20 million euros in commissions for himself.
Milan absolutely did not appreciate the counter offer made by the super agent which basically meant buying the card of the goalkeeper who was already at the club and grew up in Milanello, concluded the report.
