Sassuolo president Giovanni Carnevali has granted an exclusive interview to Tuttosport where he has spoken about the future of club forward Domenico Berardi - said to be followed by AC Milan - as he has expressed his desire to see the Italy international remain with the Neroverde ahead of the next season.
