As CalcioMercato has learned, Milan will have to wait for the decision of new Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti on the future of Brahim Diaz. Ancelloti was announced as the club's new manager last week, and will have some decisions to make on the future of a handful of players. One of the players in question, is previous Milan loan player Brahim Diaz.
Milan would gladly take the player on loan for another year, with an option to buy, but the deiciosn lies with Ancelloti. If the new manager wants to use the player in Madrid next season, Diaz will stay in Spain. Ancelotti claims he would like to evaluate the player this summer before making his decision. Diaz is representing Spain in the U21 Euro competition, so the Italian will have a great opportunity to evaluate the player's ability in competition.
Brahim appeared in 27 matches this season with the red and black, playing in varied positions. The Spaniard had 7 league goal contributions this season, and would certainly add depth to the attacking front for the Rossoneri. Milan will anxiously await the decision from Madrid.
