AC Milan owners Elliott took over the club after the Chinese and they have managed to bring in more stability, especially on a financial level.
The daily Turin-based newspaper highlighted the importance of the work of Elliott to improve AC Milan as a club and they write the following: "Elliott has conquered Milan fans."
In fact, 70 million euros have been invested into the Rossoneri club with the signing of Maignan and the soon-to-happen deals of Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea and Tonali whom Milan would like to get a discount on their pricetags first.
From the beginning, Elliott has invested 650 million euros into Milan and often gave the go-ahead for important decisions and moves such as those of Lucas Paquetà and Krzysztof Piątek
