Former AC Milan head coach Vincenzo Montella has spoken through the microphones of Rai about his managerial career, from Catania to Fiorentina all the way to his experience with the Rossoneri between 2016 and 2017. Here are his words:
"Where did I have more fun? In Catania at the beginning of my career where I found a team, built by Lo Monaco, that suited my football ideas. Then in Fiorentina where we built a team by taking risks and having fun, but also at Milan where we conquered Europe with the team that had failed the year before. And then even in the last experience in Fiorentina I initially enjoyed it, then negative results arrived and it wasn't so much fun anymore. Since then I have had very little fun".
