AC Milan are still on the hunt for a fullback that will alternate with Davide Calabria. As the club is always looking for opportunities, the name of Italian side AS Roma's defender came up: Alessandro Florenzi.
According to the Florence-based newspaper La Nazione, Florenzi is a possible target for Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara.
The 30-year-old experienced right-back left Roma on loan with option to buy to PSG. However, it seems that the French giants will not be exercising their right to sign him.
Rivals Inter and Juventus are understood to also be in the race for the Italian besides Milan.
Florenzi played an overall of 36 games in the previous season with Paris Saint-Germain. He scored 2 goals in Ligue 1 and gave 1 assist.
It remains to be seen if there will be any club that step up some efforts to sign the player who has a contract valid until 2023.
