Beppe Sala, the mayor of Milano, has replied to Alessandro Spada, the president of Assolombarda (the association of industrialists of the Metropolitan City of Milan) who addressed his speech to him.
"I have never had second thoughts about the stadium, I am in favor of the project going forward, but obviously I manage the public good of us Milanese. and that is our area. Spada speaking of San Siro said that it is inserted in a delicate context, my only doubt is that there is a need to create something homogeneous. The neighborhood can be an active part. We cannot have a little gem there and everything around remains what remains." declared Sala.
