After the exit of Turkish playmaker Hakan Calhanoglu to cross town city rivals Inter, AC Milan are on the hunt for an attacking playmaker that would replace the departure of the player in Stefano Pioli's formation.
Many reports have suggested different names that could be possible reinforcements for the new season.
In today's edition of Corriere della Sera, we read that Milan managers are setting their sights on two names in particular. One of them could be the one to bolster the squad.
The first one is the experienced Spaniard Isco who has won 4 Champions League trophies with Real Madrid in his career. He is liked by the club, but the player asks for a big salary set at 9 million euros, which is too much for the Rossoneri. Isco's contract expires next year.
The other name on the list is RB Leipzig Austrian star, Marcel Sabitzer, who is 27 years old with a contract also expiring at the end of next season. He is valued at around 18 million euros.
Next, there is Chelsea's winger, capable of playing as playmaker, and Morocco's international Hakim Ziyech who did not enjoying a lot of palying time with Thomas Tuchel.
Finally, there is also Mikkel Damsgaard, the Dane international is playing for Sampdoria, 21 years old, and is seen as a great prospect in European football.
