AC Milan was back to training today after enjoying a day off yesterday.

Training began in the gym where the group worked on muscle activation before heading out to the pitch. The Rossoneri began there the first part of the session, focusing on aerobic work with some stretches along the side of the pitch. This was followed by a series of sprinting exercises using low hurdles and cones; the goalkeepers did their own specific work with their coaches.
