AC Milan will officially sign Olivier Giroud to reinforce the attacking line for the formation of coach Stefano Pioli in view of the new coming challenging season.
AC Milan managers, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, have agreed to bring over the experienced striker of Chelsea by paying up a compensation fee to the Blues.
According to what is reported by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Giroud will arrive on a Thursday night, but the medical tests will take place on Friday morning.
As for the transfer formula, it will be 1 million euros as a fixed fee paid for the English club while another 1 million will be paid in bonuses linked to Champions League qualification (as we have told you before) and the player's number of appearances.
