According to latest reports in recent days, AC Milan are said to be interested in Georgian left-winger talent of Rubin Kazan, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
However, according to Sky Sport, although there is interest in the player, there are currently no negotiations that are ongoing between the Italian giants and the Russian outfit.
According to the same source, though, the Russian club is making any negotiations difficult due to the asking pricetag which is set at around 18 million euros. AC Milan have not gone beyond testing the ground and asking for information on the player.
English Premier League club Tottenham are understood to also be interested in signing the 20-year-old player, concludes the source.
