Many reports have claimed that AC Milan are interested in securing the signing of Boubacar Kamara of Marseille who is a central midfielder, but also able to play the centre-back role quite well.
Milan managers are admirers of the 21-year-old player's quality and value his talent highly especially given that he could be a good opportunity to reinforce the squad as Kamara's contract is set to expire next year.
According to what is reported by L'Equipe in France, English club Newcastle stepped up efforts to sign the player this summer by proposing a transfer fee of 14 million euros. However, Marseille would like to monetise more money than that, therefore, the offer was rejected.
